ABOUT FREEDOM FIRE

After serving in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter flight line mechanic in 1992 our founder, Lon Saunders, returned to Texas.  In 1995 Lon entered the low voltage industry and has installed, inspected and serviced fire alarm systems, security alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV (camera) systems and many other low-voltage systems and equipment.  In 2018 Lon earned his NICET III certification and became an Alarm Planning Superintendent (APS) licensed by the State of Texas to design fire alarm systems.  Freedom Fire & Security was founded in 2019 with two trucks and the addition of other team members now offers over 90 years combined experience.  Our integrity is paramount and the entire team believes the Marine Corps motto is suitable for all teams.
